Swarkestone Nursery is conveniently located just 2 minutes from Junction 3 of the A50 5 miles south of Derby City.
We stock a huge variety of high quality plants at competitive prices as well as garden tools, planters and pots, bird care products, compost and fertilizer, pest & disease control products and more.
We have ample parking space including dedicated spaces for disabled people.
We have 2 wheelchairs available for customers - please ask at the desk when you arrive. blue badge What's more, as a nursery, as against a garden centre, we grow the majority of our plants here at Swarkestone (all herbacious and bedding plants). As the growers, we understand the plants and we can give you good advice on how to grow them. We don't just buy them in and sell them on like many of our larger competitors.
We're members of the HTA and we accept and sell National Garden Centre Gift Vouchers.

We are open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. until 5.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday.
We have a delivery service available at £1.50 per mile.
